William Keith Oxley, 73, of Charleston, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on October 15, 2016, after a short illness. He was born on May 18, 1943, in Charleston, the son of the late Kenneth and Gertrude Harrison Oxley. Keith graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School. He retired from Dupont with over 30 years of service. Keith is survived by his daughter, Christi Perine and her husband, Mark; his son, Jamison and his girlfriend, Julie Privitera; and sister, Connie Duffield and her husband, Fred; two grandchildren, Braeden Means and Colt Oxley; his companion of 17 years, Donna Eskew; nephews, Gene and Brian; and his longtime friend and cousin, Charles Dye of Colo. Memorial service 1 p.m., Saturday, October 22, at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Rd., Cross Lanes. Visitation will be from noon until service time on Saturday.
